CPL MEIR ex Instrument Course

Epic Flight Academy is an FAA Part 141 school at New Smyrna Beach Municipal Airport in Florida.

The CPL MEIR ex the Instrument Course is for a student who already holds a private pilot certificate. The sequence on that track is the Instrument Pilot Rating Course, then the commercial licence offered either as Single-Engine Commercial (Option A) or Multi-Engine Commercial (Option B), which Epic describes as flight training IFR in a multi engine aircraft, followed by time building as needed. Epic also offers the multi engine element separately as a Multi-Engine Commercial Add-On for students who complete the single engine commercial first.

Training is full time, five days a week, on an M1 student visa. Epic lists a high school diploma or equivalency, eligibility for an FAA medical certificate, a passport valid for at least six months, and the ability to read, speak, write and understand English.
