How we work with students to find their best training match, in four stages.
WHAT TO EXPECT
From your first question to your first solo flight
Choosing a flight school is one of the biggest financial and time commitments of your aviation career. Our process is built to remove guesswork, surface trade-offs honestly, and stay with you well past enrolment.
Here is what working with an Aviation Connect advisor looks like, end to end.
OUR PROCESS
Our four-stage process
Timelines vary by school and country, but this is how most students move from curiosity to cockpit.
- 01
Free consultation
A relaxed 60-minute call with one of our advisors. We map your goals (airline transport, recreational, helicopter), assess your background, and discuss your country and budget constraints. No commitment, no slides, just questions.
- 02
School shortlist
Within 3-5 business days we present a shortlist of 3-5 schools that fit your specific profile. For each we share what makes it a strong fit, and what its known weaknesses are. You ask follow-up questions until you feel informed.
- 03
Application & paperwork
Once you have chosen a school, we coordinate the application, academic transcripts, medical certificates, English-test results, financial guarantees, visa documentation. We talk directly to the school admissions team to keep things moving.
- 04
During & after training
Once enrolled, your advisor stays your point of contact. Housing tips, course progression check-ins, license recognition guidance, post-training career advice. We stay engaged through your first job placement.

Airline, helicopter or private pilot. We help you choose based on aptitude, lifestyle, and market demand.

Aptitude testing
Free online tests for color vision, spatial reasoning, math, and logic. Get a sense of fit before you commit.

School matching
We know our partner schools inside out, facilities, instructors, fleet, accreditation, graduate outcomes.
- 04
Visa support
Student visa applications for Australia, New Zealand, USA, Canada, EU, South Africa, and more.
- 05
Housing coordination
On-campus, host families, or private rentals. We arrange what works for you.
- 06
Post-enrolment support
We stay in touch through your training. If something goes wrong, we are your advocate.

What we do not
- Charge students anything, ever
- Push schools that pay us higher commissions
- Guarantee admission. That is still the school's decision
- Replace the school's instruction or coursework. We connect you, they train you
- Recommend schools we have not visited
- Disappear after you enrol
